A European outlook.
I am a Ukrainian political scientist specialising in national resilience, civil–military cooperation and the recovery of Ukraine.
I am a Non-Resident Research Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security in Tallinn, an Associate Professor at Sumy State University, and Director of its Research Centre for Regional Security.
My work connects academic research with policy discussions on how societies withstand war, rebuild institutions and strengthen their security. My interests also include Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration, refugee return and Nordic–Baltic cooperation.
